The free tier costs nothing, takes no card, and never turns into a charge on its own. There is nothing to refund.
If your dashboard doesn't show more saved than you paid for a billing period, that month is free. Eligibility is measured in-product, on your own verified ledger — not argued over email. When a period qualifies, your dashboard shows a Request refund button; one click, and the refund is applied automatically at your next renewal. Cancel anytime from the self-serve portal at /billing/manage — no email needed. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the paid period ends. Cancelling is not itself a refund; if your last period qualified under the guarantee, request that separately from the dashboard.
Billing errors, duplicate charges, charged after cancelling — email [email protected] and we'll refund them, not debate them. Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
