On an annual plan, we don't make you wait a year: each month is measured on its own, against the monthly share of what you paid (about $8.33).
Dollars. If your verified savings for the period cover what you paid for Pro, it earned its keep.
Capacity. Context runway stretched and limit-hits avoided count toward the bar too — a subscription doesn't shrink, but what it buys you grows.
We don't publish the exact formula, but the direction is simple: if TokenBeaver clearly earned its keep for you that month — in dollars or in capacity — the guarantee is satisfied. If it didn't, you don't pay.
Went on holiday? Shipped a release and barely touched your agent? Light usage never blocks the guarantee. If there wasn't enough traffic for Pro to earn its keep, that's our problem, not yours — the month qualifies.
When a billing period qualifies, your dashboard shows a Request refund button. One click. No forms, no email thread, no "let me check with the team." The refund is applied automatically at your next renewal.
